OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Administrative Accountant to join our Finance team and will report to the Finance Business Partner. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‑paced, international company. ResponsibilitiesInvoicing Tax compliance, in collaboration with an external consultant: VAT settlements, withholding taxes, LIPE, Intrastat; Inarcassa; 770. Bookkeeping, including year‑end adjustments to close financial statements according to Italian accounting standards. Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise. Expense report management. Bank reconciliations. Company statutory books keeping. Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general, as required. QualificationsHigh school diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics. Minimum 8 years’ experience in the same role. Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting/services sector with project‑based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime. Knowledge of Italian accounting principles. Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple software tools. English B2. Basic Spanish, preferably.
