SSC located in the East of Madrid Azienda SSC located in the East of Madrid Offerta Post provisions and journal entries upon request from R2R Leader, Controlling, or Chief Accountant Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Perform account reconciliations and ensure Balance Sheet, sub-ledgers, and trial balances are up to date and accurate Post and control payroll and HR accruals Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies with Group Partners when required Perform manual postings related to sales and cash collection for entities without automated interfaces Prepare tax declarations and related accounting entries Post provisions for tax risks (e.g., income tax) and maintain quarterly provision variation tables Coordinate with local teams and the Group Tax Department on tax payments, declarations, and compliance matters Prepare consolidation and intercompany reports, submitting them to the R2R Team Leader Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and implement Group accounting guidelines Ensure compliance with legal requirements, service levels, and quality standards defined in SLA/KPI Identify and report risks or issues to the R2R Leader, contributing to continuous improvement Competenze ed esperienza A successful RTR Accountant should have: University level accounting/finance diploma (grado) level obligatory Up to 3 years' experience in Record to Report Process. Experience in external auditing is a plus.
