As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported.From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.Key job responsibilitiesSupport leaders at your site on HR mattersSupport the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environmentDevelop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcementsTake the lead on implementing and progressing HR projectsCollect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plansA day in the lifeYou’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.About the teamAt Amazon, our HR department plays a vital role in looking after our people. Ultimately, it’s our job to insist on the highest standards and drive progress across Amazon’s strategy and goals.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentProficiency in verbal and written EnglishRelevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadershipRelevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR informationA degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Experience working with basic employment law and HR / payroll practicesExperience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniorityExperience of working independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
