We are seeking a creative Interior Designer with 5-10 years of experience in a studio setting, with a strong emphasis on high-end projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FF&E and solid technical skills, including the ability to produce technical drawings and specifications. Procurement experience is an advantage.Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max (V‑Ray), is essential. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus. The successful candidate will be motivated and self‑driven, with a creative mindset and the ability to seamlessly integrate functionality with visual appeal.In this role, you will play a central part in all aspects of interior design projects, from conception to execution. If you are ready to create beautiful, functional spaces for our high‑end projects in tropical areas, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience>Produce interior sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3‑d rendersSpecify high‑quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goalsProduce FF&E documentation and packagesCollaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&ECoordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturersDesign spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high‑end user experienceAdjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionalityIndependently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projectsRequirements A degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture, or equivalentProven experience in interior design within high‑end residential / hospitality projectsAt least five to ten years of professional experience as an interior designerAdvanced knowledge of material properties and solutionsAbility to think from small to big scale in spatial setupsFluency in 2‑D/3‑D software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch‑Up, and Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, V‑Ray, etc.)Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standardsPortfolio sample of work (both professional and academic)Professional level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plusAbility to work remotelyBenefits Salary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
