Adecco Milano Sales & Merchandising e Professional Solutions, Società del Gruppo Adecco specializzata nella realizzazione di servizi e soluzioni in Outsourcing, ricerca per Cliente nel settore Automotive (lusso-sportivo) un/una:Market AnalystLa risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Analisi della concorrenza, monitoraggio e raccolta informazioni su vetture in produzione o annunciate;Analisi di Prodotto, redazione di studi di benchmark di taglio tecnico/ commerciale e ricerche/ approfondimenti su temi di interesse specifico, a supporto del lavoro dei vari membri del Marketing Prodotto;Gestione operativa delle attività di testing e analisi di vetture fisiche in collaborazione con R&D o altri dipartimenti interessatiRedazione della reportistica, creazione presentazioni Power Point;Manutenzione e aggiornamento dei database di raccolta dati delle principali specifiche tecniche e di performance, nonché dati di altra natura di potenziale interesse per il Marketing Prodotto;Elaborazione e documentazione di analisi di trend e forecast dei principali KPI per il posizionamento competitivo dei prodotti presenti e futuri;Interfaccia con vari Project Manager e gestione di problematicheRequisiti:Laurea in Economia o settore Automotive;Conoscenza di Analisi;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;Forte passione del settore automotive;Capacità di gestione attività operative in ambito personalizzazioni/configurazioni ed ordini nel Mercato delle Auto Sportive di Lusso;Conoscenza ed utilizzo sistemi: Salesforce; SAP; PLM Windchill; Pacchetto Office 365;Capacità di gestione del tempo e della complessità in un contesto interfunzionale;Tipologia di inserimento:Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione da definirsi in base all'esperienza.Sede di lavoro:Sant'Agata Bolognese, con possibilità di lavorare in modalità smartworking.Lingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione BuonoDisponibilità oraria: Full Time
