As ever it is our clients, along with our professionals and the soundness of our finances, which represent the core values of Mediobanca.We are searching for a Junior Analyst for the Corporate Finance division for the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions.As an Analyst you will be working in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team based in Milan and supporting both origination and execution projects.ResponsibilitiesFinancial statement analysis, valuations, financial modelingPreparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactionsPreparation of company and industry analyses and company and industry profilesTarget analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysisKeep up to date about M&A, equity and debt related issuesRequirementsUp to 2 years of Investment Banking experienceDeal experience primarily in M&AStrong financial modelling skillsAbility to prioritize and project manage a range of tasks, attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlinesAptitude to take responsibility for a task and complete itBachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier Business or Engineer SchoolDiversity & InclusionDiversity & Inclusion are core values for the Mediobanca Group.
