OverviewAzienda Luxury Hospitality Opportunità Ottima opportunità ResponsabilitàDefinire e implementare la strategia globale di revenue management per tutte le fonti di ricavo dell'hotel. Gestire il pricing dinamico, la distribuzione e i canali di vendita, garantendo la massima redditività. Analizzare trend di mercato, dati interni, performance competitive per anticipare opportunità e minimizzare rischi. Collaborare strettamente con il team Sales & Marketing, la Direzione Generale e gli altri reparti operativi per assicurare allineamento strategico e operativo. Supervisionare previsioni, budgeting e forecasting con obiettivi chiari di crescita dei ricavi. Monitorare KPI chiave e implementare azioni correttive ove necessario. Competenze ed esperienzaEsperienza consolidata come Revenue Manager / Director of Revenue in strutture 5* Luxury o similari. Profonda conoscenza dei sistemi di revenue management, distribuzione online, e dei principali tool analitici. Spiccate capacità analitiche, decision-making e leadership. Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese; ulteriori lingue costituiranno un plus. Orientamento al cliente, sensibilità al posizionamento luxury e cura del dettaglio.
