As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls. Location Lisbon, Portugal Work model On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate) Relocation Support offered for international candidates Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement) Option to have accommodation included for cheap May also include between €1,000 and €2,000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date) Requirements Italian C2 level English B2 level Customer‑Centric or Sales Attitude Excellent Communication Skills Problem‑Solving Abilities Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment.
