Posizione The Junior Financial Controller will be assigned to the management control office and will support the Finance Team in continuously improving internal control processes and preparing monthly reporting. Principali responsabilità Preparation of ad‑hoc reporting for controlling general expenses such as marketing, IT, HR and analysis supporting deviations from Budget and Forecast values; Analysis and preparation of reporting related to investments (CAPEX); Drafting internal reporting for Cost Center analysis; Support in preparing monthly reporting to Head Quarter; Support in preparing annual budget and quarterly forecasts in compliance with Group policies; Constant and continuous interaction with the various business areas involved in defining the KPI targets that the resource must monitor. Requisiti Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering; Preferred prior experience in management control 1‑2 years (Retail sector will be considered a plus); Basic knowledge of the Office package, especially strong Excel skills; Knowledge of national and international accounting principles (IFRS); Good knowledge of English; Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment, teamwork and interpersonal skills; Ability to meet deadlines.
