Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.How will you contributeDesigning and implementing projects with the aim of reducing lead time and, in general, improving production KPIsDriving and supporting the process of continuous improvement of the areaAnalysis of times & methodsAnalysing and optimizing current technical processesImplementing projects of process automationPromote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of organizationWho you are2 / 3 years of professional experience gained in a similar role within structured companies;knowledge of the Lean methodology applied to manufacturing environments;Master’s degree in technical field, preferably in Engineering;Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;Teamwork and good communicational skills;Training and coaching skills;Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office and of business management systems;Fluent in Italian and English;Lean certification is a plus.Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
