Working on large‑scale projects with cutting‑edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.ResponsibilitiesVerify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in‑house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers.Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.Coordinate and optimize NDT activities liaising with QC NDT Supervisor in order to act as a reference person for the subject.Provide answer and advise on all NDT matters, dealing with Client and Third Party.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Quality Control.ISO 9712 NDT L3 or equivalent.Fluency in English.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Flexible Working PatternsWorking flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Safety net of life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.About UsWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
