Ali Professional ricerca per un gruppo di gestione e manutenzione di Data Center affermato, un/una: Il gruppo è conosciuto per l’eccellenza e la qualità dei suoi servizi. Responsabilità principali Supervisione del sistema BMS: Monitoraggio costante per rilevare anomalie, allarmi e problemi. Apertura e gestione ticket secondo le procedure aziendali. Escalation dei problemi critici al supporto di livello superiore. Analisi dati per identificare trend e miglioramenti. Sopralluoghi, risoluzione problemi e reportistica: Verifica regolare dello stato delle apparecchiature nel Data Center. Identificazione e risoluzione di problemi con interventi correttivi di base. Compilazione di report su interventi, cause e soluzioni adottate. Mantenimento dell’ordine e sicurezza dei locali tecnici. Gestione interventi extra‑manutenzione: Gestione di guasti improvvisi e richieste clienti fuori dalla manutenzione programmata. Diagnosi rapida ed efficace dei problemi. Comunicazione tempestiva con il cliente. Documentazione dettagliata di tempi, risorse e materiali. Supporto alla manutenzione: Assistenza nelle attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva. Collaborazione con il team per garantire efficienza operativa. Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale in ambito elettrico, elettronico, meccanico o equivalente. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di manutenzione, preferibilmente in data center o ambienti critici. Conoscenza dei sistemi BMS e dei principi di funzionamento delle infrastrutture di data center (UPS, generatori, sistemi di raffreddamento, ecc.). Capacità di problem solving e di lavorare in modo autonomo. Buone capacità comunicative e di reportistica. Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi notti, fine settimana e festivi. Certificazioni relative alla manutenzione di data center (es. CDCP, CDCS). Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro Inserimento diretto in azienda con prospettive di crescita professionale. Inquadramento metalmeccanico industria , con condizioni contrattuali competitive. Contratto a tempo indeterminato. 13 mensilità garantite. Disponibilità orario : La turnazione prevede cicli di 4 settimane con tre turni da 8 ore e rotazione fissa tra: Giorni di riposo assegnati in base alla rotazione. Alla quinta settimana, l’orario è 08:00 – 17:00 dal lunedì al giovedì, con 1 ora di pausa pranzo, mentre il weekend è libero di default.
