B2B & B2C Digital Technology Delivery ManagerWhere passion meets opportunity The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail Job Purpose The B2B/B2C Digital Technology Delivery Manager will work closely with the technical stakeholders and the Head of B2B and B2B on a global transformation program with particular focus on the continuous and incremental delivery of quality technical solutions derived from the different business market requirements. He/she will work both at tactical and strategic levels and will be responsible of technical B2C and B2C solutions, and its knowledge and learning stewardship. This role is based in Milan or Naples office with an hybrid work model. Key Accountabilities Ensures the coordination and collaboration on B2B/B2C products development between B2B/B2C Unit, Product Owners and other Digital Units. Identify and lead the implementation of new solutions across our B2B/B2C systems to ensure that they are organized and delivered in a way to achieve maximum business value Partner with markets business leaders to translate their priorities into technical solutions, drive simplification and alignment across markets and HQ. Ensures that the work is ready to be tackle and pulled by the development team members with the available capacity and skills of the team Tracks, reports, and provides status of the business requirements to be implemented Lead both internal staff and external implementation partners. Guarantees the team follows IT standards for development tools/platforms/methodology/controls to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency in application development. Ensuring that B2B/B2C application environments are adequately scoped, planned, contain data needed, and established to maintain improvement cycles and software lifecycle Removing tactical impediments and driving the resolution of issues while ensuring continued focus on the Business Increment, within B2B/B2C team and across rest of development teams Monitoring and proposing technical learning paths for the team members to fulfil the business requirement strategy Qualifications +5 years of experience in application delivery (web platform, eCommerce is a plus). Proven experiences in delivering and planification full end-to-end technical solutions across multiple B2B/B2C platforms. Knowledge B2B/B2C e-commerce/digital services processes Ability to identify technical boundaries, limitation, risks and how to tackle and mitigate them for different markets Experience delivering B2B/B2C projects under Agile methodologies Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent technical solutions and feasibility activities under time constraints. Facilitates and maintains stakeholder confidence in the decision-making process. Strong critical / technical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any additional European language is an advantage. Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable discipline. VISA Requirements Right to work in Italy.
