What challenges can you expect?

Be responsible for layout planning; Be responsible for investment planning and procurement regarding machines, equipment, production resources/tools; Be responsible for planning new production systems and technologies (e.g. assembly technologies), their procurement and implementation; Optimize machining, assembly, treatment, and testing processes applying lean management principles; Design of serial costs in production systems with complex work contents; Be responsible for creating or changing work instructions and test instructions (operator description sheets); Be responsible for layout of BOM / routings according to the production flow. What do we expect from you?

Minimum high school diploma in mechanical/electrical, preferably a university degree in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering; At least 5 years of experience in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering; Ability to read and interpret technical brochures, specifications, drawings, and wiring schematics; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD, and 3D design applications (Solid Edge preferable); In-depth knowledge of LEAN tools, production, and quality strategies; Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English (minimum B2 level); High process knowledge of manufacturing processes; Experience in leading teams is desirable; Teamwork and communication skills.
