You will work with Python and Spark/PySpark to develop, customize, and operate data‑processing workflows, while supporting the reliability, security, and performance of business‑critical applications. You will collaborate closely with development, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with cloud‑native delivery models.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain application components and data‑processing workflows using Python, Spark, and PySparkSupport assessments and contribute to the design of cloud‑based application architectures and operational modelsImplement and follow security and compliance guidelines for data protection, privacy, and integrityCollaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams on DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, release processes, and operational continuitySupport governance, monitoring, incident handling, change execution, and performance optimization of application servicesOperate in Linux environments using CLI, reading logs, running scripts, performing basic troubleshooting, and understanding processes and file systemsRequired Technical And Professional Expertise1+ years of experience in application development, data processing, or operational management of software componentsProficiency in Python and experience with Spark/PySparkBasic Linux proficiency: CLI usage, reading logs, running scripts, navigating file systems, understanding processes (no advanced sysadmin skills required)Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD conceptsExperience customizing application modules, schedulers, or user‑management workflows is a plusFamiliarity with SQL, ETL workflows, or data engineering concepts is an advantageWho You AreYou’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
