Per azienda cliente operante nel settore moda, riconosciuta per la qualità del prodotto e la solidità del brand, siamo alla ricerca di un*Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist con un ruolo ibrido tra supporto operativo e gestione commerciale diretta.ResponsibilitiesGestione operativa e commerciale dei clienti wholesale italiani durante le campagne vendita;Supporto alla rete vendita e agli agenti nella definizione degli assortamenti e nella raccolta ordini;Attività di inside sales: follow-up clienti, proposta di riassortimenti, gestione delle priorità commerciali;Coordinamento con le funzioni interne (logistica, produzione, amministrazione) per garantire un servizio clienti efficace e puntuale;Partecipazione attiva alle campagne vendita in showroom e supporto nella preparazione dei materiali.Your ProfileEsperienza pregressa in ruoli di customer service, sales support o inside sales, preferibilmente nel settore moda o lifestyle;Ottime capacità relazionali, orientamento al cliente e al risultato;Familiarità con strumenti gestionali e CRM;Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità e proattività.#J-18808-Ljbffr
