Marketing & Content Creation Assistant (Milan) We are looking for a young, creative, and ambitious professional to join our Marketing & Communication Department in Milan. The role supports the development of digital and visual content for ongoing communication projects and social media campaigns, ensuring full alignment with Chantecler’s visual identity and values. You will also contribute to strategic communication initiatives—such as campaign shootings, house organ projects, capsule collections & collaborations, visual/packaging materials, and event organization—working closely with the internal team and external consultants. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional position, ideal for someone who wishes to grow within a dynamic luxury environment and develop skills across multiple areas of communication. Over time, the role will expand in autonomy and creative responsibility, becoming increasingly involved in shaping the brand’s visual and narrative expression. Key Responsibilities Creation of digital content for all brand channels (social media, newsletters, website, B2B- and B2C-specific supporting materials) Graphic and video support for both digital and printed assets Copywriting in Italian and English for campaigns, social media, invitations, brochures, and presentations Support in social media coordination, planning, and daily management Support the organisation of events, photo shoots, and press presentations Operational coordination with suppliers, external consultants, and internal departments Contribution to the collection and analysis of digital performance data Requirements Master’s degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Design, or a closely related field Strong affinity with Chantecler’s style, tone of voice, and aesthetic codes (this will be an essential part of the selection process) Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video‑editing software (Premiere or equivalent) Good understanding of social media platforms and digital languages (SEO knowledge is a plus) Outstanding writing skills in both Italian and English Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn within an Italian luxury SME Collaborative mindset and ability to handle diversified tasks Knowledge of CAD or another 3D software is considered a plus Candidates who demonstrate strong alignment with the brand’s identity will also be considered, even if they still need to develop their graphic‑design skills.
