Sr. UX Designer, Amazon Advertiser User ExperienceAre you a seasoned UX Designer who is passionate about delivering elevated user experiences? The Advertising User Experience (AUX) team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us as we innovate and streamline campaign planning, management, and reporting experiences, making the complex seem simple. Our team builds innovative tools anchored in a robust UX design system to simplify and optimize advertising for our customers. In this role you will work directly with UX, product, and engineering to deliver engaging, AI‑powered user experiences by evolving and expanding our design system, Storm, while helping UX and Product at scale and raising the bar.Key job responsibilitiesCreate user‑centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities.Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.Establish and maintain detailed user‑interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.Basic Qualifications7+ years of design experienceHave an available online portfolioExperience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.Preferred QualificationsExperience applying scrum to visual or UX design processesExperience with UX design of complex workflowsExperience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standardsExperience with design systemsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
