Accountant III

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team at a leading multinational company.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian tax regulations and will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and tax activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage general accounting and bookkeeping.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle contracts, tax declarations, and ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations.Collaborate with the finance team in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor financial transactions and reconcile accounts.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.Support internal and external audit activities.Requirements:Diploma in accounting, finance, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.Deep knowledge of Italian tax regulations.Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS).Proficiency in accounting and management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly traded global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 employees worldwide, committed to creating a better tomorrow through sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion.
