Responsibilities Carrying out assigned basic preparations Working collaboratively with the kitchen team in the preparation of dishes Ensuring cleanliness and order of their workstation Contributing to the cleaning and maintenance of shared kitchen areas Requirements At least 1 year of previous experience in a bakery and/or pastry laboratory Solid knowledge of basic culinary preparations, with a particular focus on pastry and baked goods Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus International work experience will be considered a plus Working Schedule Position based in the laboratory Tuesday to Saturday, daytime hours only End of shift approximately by 6:00 PM Casa Maria Luigia is an equal opportunity employer.
