We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail / phone calls. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate) Relocation Support offered for international candidates It includes: Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement) Option to have accommodation included for cheap May also include between €1.000 and€2.000signing bonus (depending on project and starting date) Requirements: Italian C2 level English B2 level Customer-Centric or SalesAttitude Excellent Communication Skills Problem-Solving Abilities Adaptability : You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
