Your contribution to Prysmian's Success : As part of our HQ R&D team, we are looking for an R&D Installation Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL) . Reporting directly tothe R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will : Coordinate teams of jointers to install timely with the best quality standards the accessories required by the contracts Ensure the suitability of accessories to be installed, ensure NWC operating instructions application and control any critical phase of the accessory’s installation Plan the activities optimizing the resources and tools assigned to the specific projects of accessories installation with strong focus on the technical aspects Coordinate helpers (subcontracted) on site if required Guarantee the compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process You are the right fit if you have / are : Technical Degree in Engineering Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) Knowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use Willingness to travel also abroad Strong communication & interpersonal skills Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset What we offer you : Permanent Contract Hybrid working model : 4 days per month Canteen Flexible working hours Health Insurance Annual Bonus and Stock option plansCollaborative environment Dynamic and Respectful Workplace Our selection process : 1) Application, 2) HR interview, 3)Hiring Manager interviews and 4) Online assessment (30min) Clickhere to get all the tips to be fully prepared : If you’re excited about the role and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment with challenging projects which drive impact for a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply Deep dive into Prysmian and check the below insightful links : Discover more positions globally : Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
