Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role optimizing our online customer experience and managing daily operations of our online store, while driving sales performance and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management: Oversee daily e-commerce activities, ensuring smooth and efficient website operations. Catalogue Management: Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of the product catalog, guaranteeing that product information is complete and current. Sales & Promotion Management: Plan, set up, and manage promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, seasonal offers) across the e-commerce platform. Digital Merchandising: Ensure accurate and compelling product presentation through category management and product ranking; monitor product performance and user behavior to suggest layout and content improvements; optimize product discoverability through smart filtering, search, and cross-selling strategies. Campaign Coordination: Help establish and manage editorial calendars aligned with global launches and promotional campaigns. Email Marketing Management: Plan and execute weekly newsletters, product drops, and campaign flows (promotional, transactional, and lifecycle); use customer segmentation and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates; coordinate with creative and copy teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling; monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR) and share actionable insights. Technical Oversight: Act as a liaison between the e-commerce team and IT/development teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and platform updates; understand the logic and structure of the e-commerce tech stack (backend & frontend) to support troubleshooting and optimize performance. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth; prepare detailed weeklyand monthly reports. Sales Optimization: Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, production, and logistics teams to deliver a superior user experience across all touchpoints. Required Skills and Knowledge: E-commerce Expertise: Requires 3–4 years of demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce operations, with strong familiarity with platforms and tools (Shopify required). Digital Merchandising Expertise: Requires proven ability to manage and optimize product presentation, site navigation, category structure, and customer journey. Email Marketing Experience: Requires a proven track record in managing email marketing, including advanced knowledge of platforms and performance analysis tools. Technical Fluency: Requires comfort working with development/IT teams, including understanding the basic logic of e-commerce infrastructure, frontend/backend workflows, CMS, and third-party integrations. Analytical Mindset: Requires proficiency in data analysis, allowing for the extraction of actionable insights to enhance performance. Project & Time Management: Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and deadlines across teams. Collaborative Spirit: Requires excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, which is essential for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
