Now it’s time to accelerate … and we need YOU About the Role We are looking for a superhero , a brilliant and passionate talent as a digital Product Owner , to support our product’s fast growth in all countries we operate. This role is designed for professionals with solid product experience who want to take ownership of a growing product area, combining technical integrations with market impact. Your Mission Work in one of our vertical Tribes , focused on third‑party services, using an Agile framework , and be involved in the creation of new features and services while managing its growth and quality. Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring they are fully understood by the Tech team, collaborating across disciplines in the conception and design of new functions. Write clear, actionable requirements. Break down all inputs to fit a strategy and product roadmap, combining ambition with rationality and pragmatism, and aligning stakeholders to execute the vision. Evaluate and analyze external APIs for compatibility, ensuring they meet technical requirements and add value, particularly in data exchange with agricultural machinery and related services. Lead the integration of third‑party systems and services through APIs, ensuring external data and functionalities (e.g., agriculture machinery, weather data providers, DSS providers) seamlessly enhance the product’s core capabilities. Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs and industry partners to ensure seamless integration into the platform. The Ideal Candidate Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in digital product, focused on third‑party integrations, API analysis, and agriculture machinery. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and familiarity with product management and development tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence). Willing to join an Ag‑Tech environment and learn about agriculture. Tech and digital know‑how, delivering product features aligned with strategy. Ability to conduct and manage meetings, with confident presentation and storytelling skills. Predisposition to problem‑solving, independence, and self‑organization. Good knowledge of English (B2‑C1). Experience in a fast, innovative, digital environment. Drive personal growth and deliver amazing results. Plus Knowledge of the AgTech industry. Experience with Atlassian ecosystem and tools (Notion). Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
