Finance Analyst – Finance Director Support

We are looking for a highly motivatedFinance Analystto join our Finance Department in Milan and support theFinance Directorinmanagingandimprovingthe company’sfinancial performance .The ideal candidate will have approximately5 yearsofexperience , a stronganalytical mindset ,excellentcommunication skills inEnglishand agoodknowledge ofFrench , together with a solid foundation inaccountingandfinancial processes .The position will focus exclusively on thefinancial managementof theforeign subsidiaries .MainResponsibilities : • Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries. • Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities. • Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries. • Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.g., Board of Directors). • Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies. • Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.Requirements : • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Fluent English (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders. • Good knowledge of French (both written and spoken). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Previous experience in the Finance & Administration department. • Experience in an auditing firm (Big Four experience preferred). • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.We Offer : • A stimulating and international work environment in Milan. • Direct exposure to top management and decision-making processes. • Opportunities for professional growth and learning. • Employment contract and compensation package based on experience.Location:MilanAvailability:ImmediateAdditional information:Diversity and inclusivity are fundamental values for Compass.
