Mechanical Development Engineer | Startup Direct message the job poster from Ingenn. The Role Support stack mechanical development (frames, endplates, compression hardware, flow frames, seals/gaskets, interfaces) Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and BOMs; support revision control and documentation. Perform basic mechanical calculations and support FEM/FEA activities (stress/deflection, bolt loads, sealing compression). Support prototype builds: assembly procedures, fixtures, instrumentation integration, and build documentation. Collect and document failure evidence from tests; propose and implement design improvements. Coordinate with lab/test teams to ensure designs are testable and serviceable. Draft procedures, reports and technical documentation in general. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (internships included). Basic proficiency in using CAD and creating technical drawings. Familiarity with mechanical design principles (materials, tolerances, fastening, sealing concepts). Hands‑on aptitude with prototypes and testing environments. Additional Info Experience with low‑pressure liquid systems (pumps, valves, fittings, piping), FEM/FEA tools, mechanical testing, and any experience with energy storage systems, electrochemical systems, or industrial equipment will be considered a preferential requirement.
