We were meant to fly.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsabilitiesLead development and documentation of electronic and electrical components, subsystems requirements and designs relevant, but not limited, to engine sensors and accessoriesDrive trade-off and performance analysis and validation studies aiming at drawing the optimal electrical components architectural solutionsSupport testing and validation activities based on technology accrual and product development plans of electrical components and subsystems, up to the final stages of the Electrical System Integration, to assure the operational and functional requirements compliance with product/program requirementsLiaise with the appointed Avio Aero or GE Aerospace Engineering team stakeholders in the execution of the project development, product definition, technology maturation activitiesDrive suppliers steering and performance monitoring to ensure the overall Propulsion System integration and compliance with the intended functionsLead the formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitmentsDrive technical and program reviewsQualifications/RequirementsMaster\'s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Aerospace EngineeringDemonstrated experience in Electrical System Engineering (mainly sensors and electrical accessories)Deep Knowledge of Electrical modelling and CAD toolsFluent Italian and EnglishStrong team-work & commitment skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsWillingness to travel to suppliers or customers sitesWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsAbility to handle diverse activities simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills, with a focus in identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes effectively.What we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
