Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecastMonitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-makingManage the budgeting and forecasting process at plant level in coordination with corporate financeSupport investment and cost-saving initiatives through business case development and ROI analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsAct as liaison between plant and corporate finance for reporting, audits, and planning cyclesQualificationsEducation: University master degree - Economics or Management EngineeringProfessional backgroundExcel and in general Office SuiteEnglish Language (written/spoken)Considered as a plus:Team and goal oriented"If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
