The pure concept of Lifestyle combined with Italian hospitality.Role descriptionThe Director of Finance at Thompson Rome will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance and control and, according to key management, will coordinate the team to best achieve the objectives.Main Responsabilities:Support financial planning and decision-making by developing profit strategies and monitoring the budget;Analyse financial data and market trends to optimise the financial performance of the hotel;Deploy control systems for risk Management and ensure compliance with regulations;Lead the finance team through leadership, effective communication and performance management;Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, cash flow management and profitability monitoring;Coordinate internal and external audit efforts, ensuring financial transparencyManage relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and investors, to ensure strategic and operational alignment.Requirements for the positionExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving orientation and analytical skillsExperience in financial management of hotel openingsAbility to communicate financial concepts clearly and persuasivelyIf you are a professional with experience in the financial sector and want to contribute to the success of a prestigious hotel, we invite you to send us your application.
