OverviewLocation: Florence, Metropolitan City of Florence, Italy (remote). This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end procurement or recruitment process.Conduct market research and build and maintain relationships with partners or candidates.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate dataExcellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectivelyProficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditionsExperience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processesKnowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practicesAbility to work independently and remotely while managing multiple prioritiesRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
