The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Pharmacovigilance Support role will make an impact: Manage inbound information according to local procedures and management of ICSR (medicinal products, food supplement, cosmetic and medical device). Manage calls from HCPs and other customers. Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., QA, Medical, Service Providers) to ensure all relevant data are available. Local literature activities. Investigate any instances of non-compliance and manage PV investigation forms. Contribute to Audit and Inspection preparations and the respective CAPAs. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific Disciplines (MD, biology, pharmacy or similar). A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Basic knowledge of Pharmacology; broad knowledge of all related safety disciplines in the Pharma Industry, including clinical studies methodology, basic knowledge of clinical and safety data management and safety quality systems. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, writing English and Italian is required. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization. Must possess analytics and decision-making ability, speed and autonomy in working. Teamwork and cooperation. Good relationship and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis. Good knowledge of Microsoft office Tools. Why Viatris?
