With over 1 GW of solar energy produced worldwide and ambitions to grow 7-fold by 2030, we combine technical expertise with respect for local communities to meet the energy challenges of tomorrow.REDEN : a unique state of mind Because our team is our greatest asset, respect, inclusion, diversity and valuing talent are an integral part of our corporate culture.Joining REDEN means joining a fast-growing, agile company, driven by an ambitious CSR policy, where people and collective commitment are at the heart of every success.In a simple, multicultural and friendly environment, you'll be part of a passionate team united by the same desire: to accelerate the energy transition and generate a positive impact on local communities.To support our growth, we are looking for a :LAND MANAGER (W / M) - Italy Your main tasksLand Identification & Evaluation : Discover and assess potential sites suitable for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.Due Diligence : Conduct thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and review permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.Negotiation & Agreements : Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing project success.Permitting Process Support : Assist in identifying professionals to draft necessary documents for the permitting process and ensure smooth project progression.Project Monitoring : Support and track the progress of ongoing development projects in collaboration with local partners.Industry Insight : Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to enhance land acquisition strategies in the solar PV sector.Expected skillsEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or a related field.Professional Experience : A minimum of 3 years' proven expertise in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, ideally within renewable energy or solar PV industries.Languages : Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a valuable asset.Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, both written and verbal.Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level reports and make informed decisions under time-sensitive conditions.A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across Italy as required.Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.Do you recognise yourself in this profile?
