Experis, società del Gruppo Manpower e specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di professionisti IT , è alla ricerca di un IT Senior Project Manager per conto di una realtà tecnologicamente avanzata e innovativa , attiva nello sviluppo di una piattaforma proprietaria dedicata al settore Beauty & Retail , basata su Intelligenza Artificiale. La risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale nella governance di progetti complessi e nello sviluppo di funzionalità AI-driven per l’analisi del customer journey e dei dati B2C e B2B. Responsabilità principali Allineamento tra strategia di business, prodotto e AI Gestione end-to-end di progetti Agile / Hybrid Pianificazione operativa (GANT) e monitoraggio progetti su ClickUp (o tool equivalente) Coordinamento di un team di circa 6 persone ( sviluppatori, help desk e PM) Raccolta ed elaborazione delle informazioni tecniche per identificare i bisogni primari Gestione roadmap, release, SLA, rischi e stakeholder Competenze richieste 5+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo di IT Project Manager Ottime capacità di programmazione e project governance Esperienza con strumenti come ClickUp, Jira e Trello Conoscenza di Azure Fondamenti di AI, ML e LLM (livello di governo) Inglese molto fluente Nice to have Laurea in Ingegneria Dettagli dell’opportunità Contratto: Tempo indeterminato – Full time RAL: fino a 50.000 € (in base all’esperienza maturata)
