Portrait requirements:Energy and determination, desire to commitment towards a project, love for the city of Florence, attitude to smile, perseverance, and sense of elegance.Responsibilities and Duties• Collaborate with the Cafeteria Team in serving guests during breakfast.• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet.• Contribute to the management of the back of the house.• Personalize the guest''s stay by creating a welcoming environment.• Adopt excellent communication skills combined with kindness and courtesy, in order to make guests feel at home, in compliance with company standards.Requirements:• Fluency in Italian and English; the knowledge of Russian, Chinese or Arabic will be considered a plus• Love for the city of Rome• Excellent interpersonal skills• Problem Solving• Team workingWe also require passion, enthusiasm, customer orientation, good planning and attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
