The Director of F&B reports directly to the Hotel’s General Manager and is part of the Executive Committee.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of all F&B venues.Monitor guest satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.Supervise recruitment, lead talent development and performance management, suggest training necessities.Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasts.Develop new F&B strategies to keep improving quality and guest satisfaction while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.Provide leadership, vision, and direction during the full renovation of many F&B venues.Always ensure the execution of the Leading Quality Assurance standards and action plans for improvements when necessary.Collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to maintain budget compliance.RequirementsExtensive experience in F&B leadership roles; international experience within luxury hotels or resorts is a plus.Demonstrated success in managing high‑quality F&B venues.Italian speaking is a must, with fluency in English; a good knowledge of French will be beneficial.Ability to lead, support, and motivate the team during a period of renovation.Strong guest service orientation.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.Remarkable problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and budgeting.BenefitsPermanent contract with competitive allowances.Bonus scheme.Accommodation.Life and health insurance.This is your moment.
