Responsibilities Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomitis operational directives Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Qualifications EASA ATPL (A) License Excellent knowledge of Italian (non-native speakers must demonstrate at least B2 level) Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency) Minimum of 3,000 flight hours in airline operations At least 3 years of experience as a First Officer in airline operations Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport) Strong leadership and teamwork skills Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards.
