Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are : Location: Our offices in Milan, Italy Reporting into: Head of Buying YOOX Working Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Potential Start Date: March 2026 Experience Level: Entry level Workplace Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Oversee the seasonal buying calendar and merchandise delivery forecasts to meet team budget targets Track and report on buying campaign progress on a weekly basis Manage order confirmations while supporting the team with performance analysis, reports, and presentations Facilitate constant cross‑functional collaboration with admin, legal, commercial and logistics teams Manage product quality and stock discrepancies (faulty reports, returns to vendor, shortages) Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management, Economics, Fashion) Passionate about fashion (a buying experience as Assistant Buyer or in Sales will be considered a plus) Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self‑motivated individual Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and PowerPoint Knowledge of MicroStrategy will be considered a plus Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) From the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
