Just a short walk away from Piazza San Marco, Aman Venice offers the perfect place from which to explore this romantic city, and to discover the hidden gems of the city while floating away on a traditional gondola.THE POSITIONA Spa Therapist’s mission is to determine and perform treatments designed to maintain and enhance a person\'s physical appearance: beauty treatments, facials, body treatments, massages, manicures and pedicures etc.Responsibilities Identify the client\'s needs (examine the body part to be treated) and determine the appropriate treatmentsExplain A la carte treatmentsAdvise on and present aesthetic products and services appropriate to the client\'s needsComply with the set-up procedures for both branded and non-branded treatmentsFollow the reception protocol and in-room procedures (before and after treatments)Perform treatmentsReceive and follow opening and closing checklistsPlace linens in treatment rooms, as well as products, according to established standardsUnderstand and anticipate guest needsBe attentive, accurate, and respond promptly to guest requestsEnsure proper treatment room cleaning after each treatmentFollow the instructions, treatment schedules, and schedules established by the SPA ManagerComply with the hotel\'s internal rules and regulations and Spa standardsMaintain an appropriate attitude to reflect and promote the Spa\'s imageMaintain uniform in good conditionEnsure the cleanliness of equipment in the cabinRequirements Certification in Therapies and treatments.Good experience as a therapist/beautician, preferably in luxury hospitality.Good Proficiency in English.Exceptional interpersonal and guest relations abilities.Flexible and adaptable, and strong attention to detail.Benefits Company uniform, laundry service and meals tickets on dutyWelfare plan in line with your contract packageComplimentary nights and discounted F&B and Spa rates in all Aman and Janu properties#J-18808-Ljbffr
