We have been awarded 6th and 3rd global on Appsflyer Performance Index, and TOP10 (Italy) and TOP 100 (Europe) for best growing startups by the Financial Times.What will you do?Publisher AcquisitionIdentify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.Account ManagementManage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.What will you need?2+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within offerwall rewarded industry.Fluency in EnglishStrong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teamsAbility to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win strategies that lead to successful campaigns.Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands on experience in excelExcellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisionsVery fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitudeWe offer a permanent contract.
