Overview Field Service Technician at JBT Corporation – a global leader in food and beverage technology. Responsibilities Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting in customer facilities; Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports; Provide technical support for all machinery, including advising on maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades; identify trends and share with manager; Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of machinery; Participate in creating and applying working procedures for Service department tasks; Respond to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales team; Identify sales opportunities to Sales departments, providing technical information and customer assistance. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in machine servicing within food processing plants (consider candidates with less experience); Mechanical, electrical, electronic device expertise (PLC, HMI, VLT…); Knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook and Office; Comfortable working remotely with access to remote support; Enthusiastic about sharing best practices with a team; Committed to delivering great customer service; Excellent Italian and English language skills (Fluent Italian is a must); Valid driving license. Travel & Location Italian and Greek customers and sporadic support EMEA colleague; Flexible travel and working hours, including weekends; Travelling minimum 80%.
