In this role you shape data and AI strategy to unlock growth and competitive advantage through AI-driven reinvention. You work with senior clients to translate AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes, overseeing large-scale programs and preserving Responsible AI. You’ll drive transformation across HR, Talent, and Human Capital processes, and craft strategies for AI-first products and partnerships. The position blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, offering meaningful impact at scale.
Responsabilità- Shape and structure data & AI strategy to build assets and technologies for growth
- Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation and define building blocks for AI-first operating model
- Create business case, investment profile, and roadmap to realise strategy
- Infuse Responsible AI into vision, roadmap, and governance
- Plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model to foster innovation
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- Support AI-enabled transformation of HR, Talent and Human Capital processes including change management
- Develop strategy for AI-first products and explore commercialization opportunities
- AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
- High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Engineering problem-solver mindset applying tech creatively to business problems
- Strong program management and verbal/written communication skills
- Driven and entrepreneurial with go-to-market and deal-shaping ability
- Excellent leadership and people skills with stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in Italian is required
