Responsible for analyzing various aspects of the business strategy and consults with business leaders on opportunities to develop. Works closely with business partners and maintains a view of the competitive landscape and market demands.Core ResponsibilitiesAssists region, country, or channel in developing, managing and executing the business plan and that project deliverables are met throughout the yearManages all senior leadership staff meetings, planning sessions and off-sites. Creates and develops content and agendasDesigns high level presentations, regional/sub-divisional reports, and executive summaries for use in various internal and external speaking engagements. Works closely with data and provides information in a user-friendly format. Develops presentations on a wide variety of topicsLeads or participates in key projects for the Southern European region and local marketsAuthors and supports the design and development of regularly scheduled reports and communicationsCompletes ad-hoc data analysis on an as-needed basisCompletes market research in asset and wealth managementCreates key on-going sub-division or regional communications, including business updatesParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships with regional leaders, ensuring alignment on business priorities and fostering effective stakeholder engagementQualificationsProven general experience. Experience in consultancy, advisory or project management experience required.Knowledge of financial services, asset and wealth managementUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
