Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing key customer accounts, identifying business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs through customer journey mapping
- Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Facilitating sales through comprehensive sell-out plans
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Serving as a liaison between key customers and internal teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Economics or Sales Strategy
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (SalesForce.com)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
- Fluency in Italian, English, and French, with a fourth language considered a plus
