About The Role As a Data Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the trusted data partner for one of Launchmetrics key strategic customers, championing the integrity, accuracy, alignment, and impact of the data and the insights delivered through our software platform and reports. You will work directly with the client to understand their data needs, clarify methodologies, and ensure that datasets and KPIs support confident and informed decision making. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal teams (Brand Insights, Data Ops, Product teams), ensuring that data capture, transformations, and reporting logic are correctly implemented and aligned with agreed expectations. By combining strong analytical skills with a client‑centric mindset, you will translate business questions into robust data solutions. You will also contribute to a strategic initiative aimed at enabling client self‑service analytics, by integrating validated and aggregated data into Power BI dashboards, allowing the client to independently explore and consume insights. Responsibilities Include Ensure data accuracy and consistency: Own the validation of data delivered to clients through reports and products Perform in‑depth data analysis to assess the reliability of datasets and KPIs Proactively identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or gaps, and drive corrective actions with internal teams Define, track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to the quality of our data and platforms Partner closely with internal teams: Act as the main interface for the Brand Insights team, Data Ops team and Product team on this enterprise project Support internal teams in validating data capture, sources, and transformations Ensure alignment between client expectations, data availability, and reporting outputs Be the external and internal referent for the configuration and personalization of our enterprise client’s platforms Deliver BI and self‑service analytics solutions: Contribute to the design and deployment of Power BI dashboards for the client Ensure dashboards are built on validated data models and reflect agreed KPIs Support the client in adopting and independently using aggregated data views Contribute to craft new value propositions that could help grow the account (extension of the scope of data, use of AI etc…) YOUR PROFILE Experience: Proven track record in data analytics and BI - Minimum 1 year full‑time job or two 6‑month‑internships experience Familiarity with Media Monitoring / Social Media Monitoring Familiarity with working with luxury or enterprise clients Technical Skills: Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform strategic decisions Proficiency in Excel is required (VBA proficiency is a strong plus) Knowledge of SQL databases and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Metabase Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables Familiarity with tools like Jira or other project management software Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal teams Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, from C‑suite executives to technical experts Problem solver: Capability to solve issues from understanding root cause to resolution Presentation Skills: Capability to present complex data and project updates clearly and effectively to various audiences Native or fluent Italian, proficient in English.
