About the role The successful candidate will report to the HR Site Lead and will be responsible for delivering high quality HR solutions across a range of HR activities in order to enable line managers and employees to deliver the business strategy. Key responsibilities Coach and support line leaders in the delivery of key HR activities, in alignment with the HR operating model. Respond to complex, escalated queries from line leaders around HR policies, processes and ways of working. Deliver cultural change projects, site changes, and workforce restructuring in line with the HR and business agenda, as defined by the HRBL. Integrate a coaching approach into interactions with business leaders. Act as a key delivery channel at site level for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs, HRBLs and Global HR Ops, to deliver service excellence to the business. Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR Services, in alignment with the HR service delivery model and standard metrics, in order to increase HR’s effectiveness and enhance the customer experience. Resolve ER / IR issues and implement strategies to reduce such matters and enhance performance Coach and build line manager capability to create a positive employee environment. Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business. Use Workday and other HR systems to identify data and insights that support business strategy. Promote global learning, leadership and coaching development opportunities with business leaders and HR. Use standard Haleon tools and methodologies to produce and use data in a responsible way to identify patterns, trends and issues and to measure the impact of HR strategies. When consulting with leaders, use data to provide insight and support best decision making for successful business outcomes. Understand clear operating principles, structures and accountabilities and apply to HR activity so as to ensure HR risks are mitigated, company reputation is protected and related fiduciary, legal and policy duties are carried out. Effective application of HR information, including knowledge management systems, to support best decision making for successful business outcomes. Qualifications and skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals : Master’s Degree. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Depth of experience in one field of HR, e.g. ER, IR, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR systems and processes, organizational development / design or change management. Experience of participating and influencing HR teams in order to raise standards within the function and improve the collective profile of HR within the business. Experience delivering HR solutions within demanding operational contexts. i.e. talent and workforce planning, resourcing, performance management, change management, consultation and reward issues, mergers and acquisitions across a range of functions and job types. Experience of working in an integrated way with the businesses’ agendas. Able to show insight and good judgement to deliver sound decisions and solutions that add value. A good track record of translating business objectives into HR solutions through appropriately setting direction, objectives, targets and metrics. Use Workday reporting to embed and grow the effective use of data analytics in establishing business aligned HR deliverables. Good communication skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively, to develop credibility with colleagues within and outside the HR team, and to influence decisions.
