What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Operational management of international shipments (export/import), including preparation and verification of customs documentation Act as Import and Export compliance manager Management of preferential and non-preferential origin Coordination with customs brokers for CBAM declarations Liaison with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Monitoring and optimization of logistics and customs costs Management of temporary imports and customs consultancy Support in obtaining and maintaining AEO status and in submitting documents for duty refunds Forecasting and periodic reporting for management Control of permits for exceptional transports and validation of procedures with the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA) Archiving and retrieval of documents through company digital systems Collaboration with Sales and other departments to provide data and qualifications requested by clients Degree in Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial contexts with a strong export focus; In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes; Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and logistics management tools; Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus; Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
