About us

Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn\'t stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives. By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. Joining our team means stepping into a critical role with the authority and responsibility to drive significant business outcomes and shape the strategic trajectory of the company and the industry. We are powered by a culture of ownership, relentless execution, and strategic foresight. We are brave in our approach, making courageous decisions and tackling challenges head-on, underpinned by a deep sense of responsibility for sustainable, ethical, and long-term success.

What you\'ll be doing

As our Head of Product Marketing - Merchant, you\’ll play a key role in owning the product marketing strategy for our entire Merchant business and driving merchant acquisition, activation, and loyalty. This is an opportunity to lead within a high-growth, constantly evolving environment – a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something bigger.

In this role, embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact, you will be expected to deliver significant results by:

  • Own the Merchant Product Marketing Strategy — Define and drive the go‑to‑market vision for all Merchant products, ensuring positioning, messaging, and launch plans are tightly aligned with commercial and business goals.

  • Lead Launches for New Products — Own go‑to‑market for new merchant offerings as they roll out – from established products like Business Premium to upcoming additions to our merchant toolkit – shaping narrative, positioning, and launch strategy from the ground up, often ahead of public announcement.

  • Build and Lead a Small, High‑Impact Team — Hire, coach, and grow a lean team of product marketing specialists, setting a high bar for craft and ownership. With a small team, you\’ll be hands‑on day to day – shaping briefs, reviewing work closely, and stepping in on execution where needed, not just delegating.

  • Drive Go‑to‑Market Excellence — Lead end‑to‑end launches for new merchant products and features, from positioning and narrative to sales enablement, channel strategy, and post‑launch measurement.

  • Partner Across the Business — Act as the key link between Product, Sales, Business Development, CRM, and Creative teams, ensuring merchant‑facing strategies are grounded in real market and merchant needs.

  • Shape Merchant Segmentation & Value Propositions — Develop differentiated value propositions across merchant segments (micro, SMB, enterprise) to maximize relevance, adoption, and retention.

  • Own the Merchant Narrative — Define how Satispay talks to merchants – across sales materials, campaigns, product comms, and events – ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.

  • Drive Data‑Informed Decisions — Set clear KPIs for merchant acquisition and engagement, using data to prioritize investments and continuously refine strategy.

  • Represent Merchant Marketing at Leadership Level — Bring insights, plans, and results to senior stakeholders, influencing broader company strategy on the merchant side of the business.

You will lead and mentor high‑performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

Who we\'re looking for

We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors.

You will lead by example, combining ambition with purpose, drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.

  • Senior Leadership Experience, with a Hands‑On Mindset — You have 10+ years of marketing experience, including experience leading product marketing or B2B marketing teams, but you\’re just as happy writing the brief yourself as reviewing someone else\'s.

  • B2B / Merchant Marketing Background — You have hands‑on experience marketing to businesses or merchants, ideally in payments, fintech, or another two‑sided marketplace.

  • Comfortable Building, Not Just Managing — You\’re energized by the idea of shaping a small team\'s ways of working from scratch, rather
