Guest Relation Manager | season 2026 | Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond HotelIn the role of Guest Relation Manager at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, you will be a key leader in delivering personalized service. You will lead the Guest Relations team, ensuring all guests, especially VIPs, feel recognized and exceptionally cared for throughout their stay.ResponsibilitiesLeading, training, and motivating the Guest Relation Agents.Overseeing all VIP arrival, in‑house, and departure protocols.Managing the daily operations of the Guest Relations desk and hotel lobby presence.Analyzing guest feedback and proactively addressing any service gaps.Resolving complex guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.Maintaining and updating guest profiles with preferences to ensure personalization.Liaising with all department heads to coordinate guest requests and ensure flawless service delivery.RequirementsProven experience in a Guest Relations management or supervisory role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.Strong leadership and team development skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build instant rapport.A passion for service and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
