Learn more at Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Product Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Milano, Italy Job Description Johnson & Johnson Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead. The Product Manager Hematology will have the following responsibilities : Contribute, by collaborating with the cross‑functional team, to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies Analyze key market trends, patient journeys, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and business sources Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team), contributing to maximizing business opportunities Interact with the Field Force, understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and, through a solid understanding of their drivers/barriers, as well as the competitive dynamics and external context, defining specific and differentiated engagement methods Ensure, in line with the planning, the assigned OPEX Qualifications Academic & Professional Background Scientific or Economic Degree 3 / 5 years of experience in Marketing roles – with product launches – within pharmaceutical companies Previous experience in different specialist areas is required Previous Field experience is considered a plus Experience in the therapeutic area is nice to have Language Knowledge: Proficiency in English and Italian Other Skills And Abilities Strategic Thinking & Customer Orientation Business Acumen & Analytical Skills Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work independently with a strong “can do” attitude and problem‑solving approach Strong communication skills High project Management capabilities Ability to work in a matrix‑structured team Negotiation and influencing skills Good knowledge of MS Office Package This position is in Milan and will require up to 20% domestic and / or international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
