Our Business Technology team works with Private Equity funds, Corporates and Financial Services clients across EMEA to: Realign the performance of the technology / IT function through operational restructuring to directly improve the earnings and cashflow within the business; Carry out effective technology and product due diligence pre-deal and provide necessary post deal services (Post Merger Integration, Separation, Carve-Out, 100-day planning); Shape and deliver enterprise-wide systems and online programs to deliver performance improvement via business transformation and/or cost reduction outcomes; Manage and develop technology (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence assets and systems) to meet strategic and operational business requirements. This would include development of KPI’s and dashboards to provide better visibility to the underlying business; Take interim management positions for example (and depending on experience) CIO, CTO, IT Director, Program Manager etc. Responsibilities As a Director , you will be working closely with world class colleagues in a flat team structure. You will be positioned and enabled to lead work streams, with constant exposure to CTO’s/CIO’s and -1/-2 reports, while leveraging the full breadth of senior experts across industry and functional domains across A&M. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a range of practice development efforts. Qualifications Requirements: We welcome candidates with the following qualifications: Solid Consulting expertise – ability to frame business issues, analyze internal and external data, build financial models in Excel, and create clear presentations and reports Strategic problem-solving – experience working with international teams to review client’s immediate and future issues and market position and develop actionable solutions, including Target Operating Model Design, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and Cost Reduction Project Leadership & Execution – A track record of successfully leading pre- and post-deal Tech Due Diligence, IT Carve-Outs, Strategic IT Planning, and Tech Modernization initiatives What we value Excellent academic record including financial acumen; Native or fluent business level English and Italian is essential; A successful track record in a top tier strategy or advisory firm; Experience advising PE firms and blue-chip corporations at critical transformation points Deep Technology expertise – to assess technology, architectures, and infrastructures to drive value creation; Execution Excellence with balance – Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities effectively, and a commitment to delivering results in a supportive, high-performing culture.
